Ever since it was announced Melissa was diagnosed with breast cancer, our main concern has been -of course- that she gets well.  Thankfully, she has shown us all (and in a GRAND way!) that she is definitely on her way back.  BTW, I am happy to report she was scheduled to finish radiation last week.  Whoo hoo!  I couldn't be happier :-)

Now... since the announcement we've all also been wondering about the status of the different projects she had lined up.  We've heard from her already that she is working on her Greatest Hits CD, which will also include a couple of new songs.

As to the other two major projects she had lined up, well... I have it on good authority that Melissa is indeed still doing the movie "Southern Comfort" .

She is also reviewing the script and getting ready to cut the pilot for her yet unnamed sitcom (see link at TV Tome).  Now, if that's not GREAT news, I don't know what is :-)

Yup, as my source (Thanks again! You are WONDERFUL!) says... that's our Melissa's idea of taking it easy :-)

If you are reading this, Melissa... make sure you get your rest in between all this activity!!!  Tammy... make her! :-)
