Hi everyone... I am so sorry it has taken me almost a week to write, but it has been a CRAZY week. As Laurie mentioned last week [on 3 December 2003] I was lucky enough to see Melissa play at Albertsons (lol too funny) 

She played: Come to My Window, Lucky (and she said that was the 1st time she performed it live), Santa Claus is Coming to Town (the Springsteen hit) 

Then she took some pics with the station crew and AFAN (Aid for AIDS of Nevada). Then she lovingly signed autographs for us (had my "SKIN" cover signed), but wouldn't allow us to get pics with her..hmmm that was very dissapointing!! 

But I asked her if I could have a hug and she said "That I can do!" I was so excited... I hugged Melissa, I hugged Melissa!!!!! lol 

Oh also...before she started singing, I yelled out "Cool pants Melissa!!" She replied "Thanks.. and they're so comfortable too!" lol she talked to me...I was soooooo star struck!! Gotta love Melissa!!! 

Anyway, that was my experience!!! 

ps.. To make the week even better...for anyone that cares, I got up at the butt-crack of dawn on Sat and got floor seats to John Mayer......looooooove that man!!! It is a tie between Melissa and John!!! But I'd kick my husband out of bed for either of them!! <eg>
